Two Different Races
When it comes to fitness, not everybody is at the same level. If you go to the gym every day and run regularly, a 5K might not seem like too much work. Therefore, if you want to go all out, you definitely should. However, not everyone is comfortable with running that far. If that’s how you feel, you might want to go with the one-mile run instead. Either way, you’re going to have a blast. Oh, and don’t think you absolutely have to run either. If you’d instead take your time, you can feel free to walk the entire time.
It’s not always easy to stay in shape, especially when you can’t find the motivation to work out. However, when you make plans to come out and run with your whole community, you may find it’s easier to lace up those sneakers and hit the pavement. Look into this race today.
